Globalization gives opportunity to each nation to access each others markets as well as to capital flow, technology, imports, exports, politics, and culture. It depends on each country and its government to be able to strike a balance between the good and bad, such that it allows their nation to enjoy the advantages of this phenomenon, while also drawing up policies so that the ill-effects of globalization do not affect them.The topic is so debatable that there is no one conventional definition of globalisation. Globalization has its good and bad sides. It good side cannot be overemphasized but its bad side cannot be ignored. One of its bad sides is the adverse impact on human rights. There are group of “human rights” in the form of economic rights, labor rights, cultural rights, civil and political rights etc.
